    When logging in for the first time, the Thinkific app may ask you to create an account if you don’t already have one.

    To find us in the app, type “Inclusiv Learning” in the search bar. From there, you can access our site and view your course.

  • Can I take courses on my phone?

    Yes. You can download the Thinkific app on Google Play or App Store

    The Thinkific app is compatible with Android and iOS devices (phones and tablets).

    Yes. Any discriminatory or harassing behavior will not be tolerated, and participants engaging in such conduct will be asked to leave the course.

    Yes. Some courses include live virtual sessions with instructors. You can join via Teams links or download calendar invites as reminders.

  • Do I need to sign the waiver?

    Yes. Signing is required to participate. If the waiver is not signed, you will not be allowed to continue in the learning activities or the course(s).

  • Do I need to be an Inclusiv member to access courses?

    No. Non-members can access courses for a fee. Members may receive free or discounted access.

  • Is my BSA certificate valid?

    Yes. As long as you meet all the certificate requirements, our Annual BSA Training is delivered by a compliance expert and is valid.

  • Are my certificates accredited?

    It depends. If accreditation applies, it will be clearly noted in the course description.
