Can I take courses on my phone?
Yes. You can download the Thinkific app on Google Play or App Store

What should I do if I experience technical difficulties in Thinkific?
- Refresh your browser or log out and back in.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

Do you have a policy against discrimination and harassment?
Yes. Any discriminatory or harassing behavior will not be tolerated, and participants engaging in such conduct will be asked to leave the course.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Some courses include live virtual sessions with instructors. You can join via Teams links or download calendar invites as reminders.

Do I need to sign the waiver?
Yes. Signing is required to participate. If the waiver is not signed, you will not be allowed to continue in the learning activities or the course(s).

Do I need to be an Inclusiv member to access courses?
No. Non-members can access courses for a fee. Members may receive free or discounted access.

Is my BSA certificate valid?
Yes. As long as you meet all the certificate requirements, our Annual BSA Training is delivered by a compliance expert and is valid.

Are my certificates accredited?
It depends. If accreditation applies, it will be clearly noted in the course description.
